Flows On Demand is structured so state pages can exist now, while city and profile pages publish only when real records are ready.
No invented listings
If a city has no source-backed records loaded, the city page does not publish.
Record first, owner second
Public or authoritative records create the base profile; claims improve it after review.
Source transparency
Profiles are designed to store source names, source URLs, and source checked dates.
Clean removals
Businesses can contact us about corrections, duplicates, or removal requests.
Data handoff format
Lead records should include business name, slug, city, state, license fields, source URL, source name, source checked date, and claimed/verified flags. Unknown fields should stay blank rather than being guessed.
